Dock hardware and flotation

Dock Flotation's and Hardware: we carry wide selection of dock flotation's, dock ramps, galvanized hardware and other dock related hardware from many manufacturers.

Float Drums.

There are 40 sizes ranging from 12" x 48" 20" all the way up to 48" x 96" x 24".

These floats have a minimum .150 thickness and are rotational molded from virgin food grade materials with UV inhibitors assuring long life. The polyethylene shell with molded mountings slots, is unaffected by saltwater, oil, gasoline and most chemicals. The floats are completely foam filled using a 1 to 1.5 density EPS. All floats feature a float top configuration, air pressure relief valve and offer a heavy duty mounting flange. All our floats meet Corps of Engineer Regulation #36 CFR Part 327, the Hunt Absorption test and the Hunt Falling Dart test.

Dock Hardware

(A) 26521 - Outside Corner (Female)
has two 1/2" welded tabs. Used with a male outside corner

(B) 26522 - Outside Corner (Male)
has one 1/2" welded tab. Used with female outside to connect docks end to end.

(C) 26523 - Outside Corner End
use this corner at ends of fingers and docks.

(D) 26524 - Inside Corner
this heavy-duty inside corner should be used with one of the outside corners.

(E) 26525 - Inside Corner Pipe Holder 3’
heavy-duty inside corners used with one of the outside corners and has an internal pipe holder.

(E) 26526 - Inside Corner Pipe Holder 2’
heavy-duty inside corners used with one of the outside corners and has an internal pipe holder.

(F) 26527 - Angle
use this heavy-duty angle for all cross supports.

(G) 26528 - Female T Connector
has two welded 1/2” tabs. Bolts to side of dock to attach fingers and ramps.

(H) 26532 - Male T Connector
has one welded 1/2” tab. Use with female T connector to attach fingers and ramps.

(I) 24284 - Washer Plate
use two washer plates with each angle.

(J) 26529 - Chain Retainer
bolts to side of dock. Use weights and chains to hold dock in place.

(K) 24280 - Pipe Holder/Outside 3”
bolt to outside of dock. Carriage bolt set required for attaching.
